This policy explains how FraudBusterHQ handles information across accounts, case support, the Recovery Center, community discussions, scam intelligence and alerts.
Information we collect
We collect account information you provide, authentication details supplied by an enabled sign-in provider, case submissions, community contributions, support communications and basic technical information needed to protect and operate the service.
Case and Recovery Center information
Case materials may contain sensitive information. They are used to provide the requested service, maintain your case workspace, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Never submit passwords, one-time codes, seed phrases or full payment-card details.
Community contributions
Experiences and responses approved for publication are public. If you choose anonymous publication, your display name is hidden from readers, but authorized moderators can still associate the contribution with your account for safety and abuse prevention.
Social sign-in
When Google, Apple or Facebook sign-in is enabled, the provider sends basic account information such as your verified email and name. FraudBusterHQ never receives your provider password.
News and newsletter
The intelligence feed stores short source-attributed summaries and links to original publishers. Newsletter subscriptions store the email address and consent date required to deliver requested alerts.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by hosting, database, email, authentication and security providers required to operate the platform, or disclosed when legally required.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, safety, disputes and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to requirements that may apply to active cases and fraud-prevention records.
Security and contact
We use access controls and established service providers, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Report a security or privacy concern using the official contact channel displayed on FraudBusterHQ.
